ZIVA-RF1703A is specially developed for DVB-C digital cable TV network installation and maintenance. With a micro programming chipset, the meter features rapid run speed, lower power consumption, sturdy and durable， and high reliability.
Main functions: Digital channel power, QAM: MER、BER， Constellation, Channel measurement Tilt measurement， channel scan, Spectrum C/N and so on. 
Digital Channel Measurement： Support digital channel measurement of channel power, MER, BER, constellation, and so on.
Power Level Measurement: Supports both digital channel power and analog channel signal level measurement. The shortcut key D/A can switch between digital and analogue channel. 
Tilt Measurement: With tilt measurement, the user can intuitively observe the in-band flatness and amplitude. The meter can test 16 channels simultaneously.
Channel Scan: The channel scan function supports scanning all channels in the network and retrieves the exact information for each channel. 
Limit Measurement: Limit measurement can check whether all channels (analogue channels) in the system pass or fail. The meter can display the total number and detailed information of failed channels, after preset the channel threshold.
Spectrum Scan: Features a spectrum function and allows for central frequency adjustment. It provides a positive peak sample mode. With the peak-hold function, it helps users to read the signal level by moving the marker and observe interference in the network。
Frequency Measurement: It can measure the signal level by inputting the frequency of the cable TV or FM signal.  
Channel Plan Layout: Provide multiple standard channel plans for different countries. Users need to create their user channel plans before testing. Users can create up to three user channel plans and switch between them easily, which is very suitable for multi-network maintenance.
